We loved the hotel's prime location in the city - it was convenient to all the major tourist attractions and public transportation. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the breakfast provided had a good variety.

Nothing that we didn't like.

During my Christmas stay, I was delighted by the excellent service provided by the staff. the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with two fluffy pillows on the bed. the location was perfect, close to many shops and restaurants, and offered easy access to public transportation. the breakfast buffet was abundant and diverse, with delicious hot and cold dishes, including fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, and crispy bacon.

The slow Wi-Fi connection, which was almost unusable at times. the water pressure in the shower was quite low, making it difficult to wash my hair properly.

The hotel offered a decent breakfast with a variety of options, including local delicacies. The room was spacious and well-lit, creating a comfortable atmosphere for our romantic escape. The central location of the hotel allowed for easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.

The housekeeping staff could have been more attentive as we found some stains on the bed linen. , the bathroom was not adequately maintained, and the showerhead required repair.
